Questions, answered

Before you buy.

Pulled from chats, emails and store visits. The things people actually ask us before they buy. Don't see yours?

Ask a question

Are these boots waterproof?

Yes. A GORE-TEX membrane seals out water while remaining breathable, keeping feet dry across wet, muddy and technical terrain.

How do they fit and do they need breaking in?

They run true to size in a regular width. sensiFIT and Active Support wrap the foot securely, and the collar is tuned for comfort, so break-in is short.

What terrain are they best for?

They handle wet, rocky and technical ground, mud, easy paths and mixed trails, thanks to the contaGRIP outsole and stable chassis.

Are they durable and supportive?

Yes. The Kevlar-coated Matryx upper resists abrasion while advancedCHASSIS and Active Support provide stable, lasting support on the trail.
