    • Items under 1 lb ship by mail for $7.95.

    • Most other items ship by USPS Priority Mail at actual cost.

    Air Shipping Options

    • Next Day, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select are available at actual cost.

    • Shipping costs are shown on each product page under “View shipping cost.”

    • Some items can’t ship by air.

    Processing & Transit Times

    • Shipping times are business days only (no weekends or UPS holidays).

    • Orders placed by noon Central often ship the same day; otherwise, most ship the next business day.

    • Weather or carrier delays may affect delivery.

    • Most small items/daypacks (<3 lbs) ship USPS Priority Mail; larger items ship UPS (no P.O. Boxes).

    Extra Charges

    • Saturday delivery (Next Day or 2nd Day Air only) costs $15 extra.

    • Oversize/heavy items may cost more; we’ll contact you before shipping.

    • Shipping may be lower than quoted for multi-item orders due to combined packaging.

    Returns

    • Returns accepted within 30 days for refund, exchange, or credit.

    Conditions

    • Items must be unused and returned with all tags, packaging, and accessories.

    • For shoes, don’t use the shoe box as the shipping box.

    • You may request a prepaid label; its cost will be deducted from your refund.
