Do these run true to size?

Chaco publish this sandal in big-kid US sizes 1–6 in a medium width, and publish no true-to-size note for it. The Adjust'em straps take up a little growing room without the sandal sliding around.

Can I get them wet?

Chaco publish no water classification for the kids' EcoTread. They do publish it as machine washable, and a webbing upper over a PU footbed is unharmed by water, so wet wear and a wash afterwards are fine.

How do I clean them?

Chaco publish the EcoTread as machine washable. Wash on a gentle cycle, skip the dryer, and air dry at room temperature away from direct heat — heat is what breaks down the adhesives.

Will the footbed mould to my foot?

The LUVSEAT™ is a moulded PU platform with a fixed arch shape; it supports the foot rather than taking an impression of it, so the shape does not change with wear. Chaco publish no moulding or break-in claim for it.

Are they good for wide feet?

Chaco publish this sandal in a medium width only. The Adjust'em straps open wide and then cinch down, so a broader foot is usually handled by the strap adjustment rather than by a different width.
