To measure: bust - around the body at the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape even all the way around; waist - at the natural waistline, usually about where your navel is or at the natural bend of your torso; hip - around the fullest part of your hips. If your measurements are between sizes, select the larger size for a looser fit, or the smaller size for a snugger fit.

Is this thick enough to wear in cold weather?

Depends on the fleece weight and the temperature. 200-weight or heavier fleeces handle cool fall and mild winter; lighter fleeces (100-weight, gridfleece) work better as midlayers or in shoulder seasons. Check the spec sheet.

Will it pill?

The face fabric on most performance fleeces is engineered to resist pilling — they hold up much better than cotton sweatshirts. Pack-rub at the shoulders is the most likely wear point. Recycled-content fleeces vary slightly; the spec sheet calls out the construction.

How does it fit?

Most pullovers and hoodies are cut for layering — a baselayer underneath, room for a shell over. If you want to wear it as a snug standalone, size down. Refer to the size guide for chest and length.

Can it go in the dryer?

Yes — tumble dry low. High heat can warp some technical fleeces; low or medium is safe.

Is it warm when wet?

Synthetic and recycled fleeces retain a lot of warmth when damp, unlike cotton. They also dry fast. That's why fleece is the standard for active midlayers.
