Description

The Arc'teryx Norvan LD 4 is a men's long-distance trail running shoe built for training and adventure runs over mud, roots and rocks. A spacious forefoot and secure midfoot hold deliver comfort and stability, and the mud-releasing 4 mm lug pattern grips across any terrain. A durable PFAS-free upper and a Vibram Megagrip outsole stand up to unforgiving rock and soft trails. A dual-density midsole adds cushioning and lasting shock absorption.

Vibram Megagrip with LITEBASE. Durable, surefooted grip that sheds every gram possible, with a mud-releasing 4 mm lug pattern.
Dual-density midsole. Combines cushioning with lasting shock absorption and support on rugged terrain.
External frame and tech-lace. A flexible frame wraps the midfoot to stop forward slide and toe bang, and a tongue pocket stores the laces.
Expanded toe box. More space for the forefoot to spread naturally on long runs.
PFAS-free woven upper. Two woven materials combine flex and breathability with targeted abrasion resistance.
