How To Measure: Trace the outline of each foot on a piece of paper. In a straight line from the middle of the heel to the longest toe, measure the length of each foot. If one foot is longer than the other, take the larger measurement and compare to the chart. Foot length will determine your shoe size - round up or down to the closest size within 2mm. Men's footwear is available in Regular, Wide and X-Wide widths.

Is the Speedgoat 6 GTX waterproof?

Yes. It uses a GORE-TEX Invisible Fit bootie laminated to the upper, so it is fully waterproof while staying breathable. It keeps your feet dry in rain, mud and shallow stream crossings, but water can still enter over the collar in water deeper than the ankle.

Does the Speedgoat 6 GTX run true to size?

Yes, it fits true to size for most runners and comes in a standard men's D width. If you wear thick trail socks or use orthotics, consider going up a half size for extra room.

What terrain is the Speedgoat 6 GTX best for?

It is built for technical trails and wet, sloppy conditions. The Vibram Megagrip outsole with 5mm lugs excels on rocky, muddy and loose terrain, while the max EVA cushioning suits long ultra-distance days. It is less ideal for road miles and hot, dry hardpack where the deep lugs are overkill.
