NEMO Sizing Chart
NEMO sleeping bags are sized by length, based on maximum user height ("fits up to"). Measurements as published by NEMO.
Sleeping Bag Length Guide:

If you are at the listed max height or slightly under, NEMO recommends the Regular length - your feet will not touch the bottom of the bag. Choosing Long adds 4-6" of excess space that can create cold pockets (unheated air the bag cannot insulate), potentially leaving you cold. Some bags are also offered in Wide widths (Regular Wide / Long Wide); NEMO publishes Fits Up To, Shoulder Girth, Hip Girth and Knee Girth per size on each product's Specifications section - these girths vary by model and are not published as a brand-level chart.
