How To Measure: Stand on a piece of paper and trace the outline of each foot. Measure the straight-line distance from the back of the heel to the tip of the longest toe. Use the larger of your two feet and match the length to the Japan (cm) column to find your size. Mizuno running shoes are designed to fit true to size.
