Lowa footwear is built on European sizing, with US conversions below. The general rule is to order the same size Lowa boot as your standard street shoe size.

In a narrow last, the forefoot area has a smaller volume and can feel more comfortable for slimmer feet. In a wide last, the forefoot area has greater volume and can suit feet with bunions, flat feet or fallen arches. The standard last is best suited for medium-width feet and is used for most Lowa shoes.

Shoe sizes are not standardized, so sizing can vary slightly from category to category and from brand to brand — the shape of the shoe also affects how the size feels, with narrow shapes feeling smaller and wide shapes feeling larger. This chart is a guide for sizing Lowa footwear: shoes should be tried on with the socks you intend to wear to determine your correct size. Your best bet is to try shoes on during the afternoon, as your feet swell a little over the course of the day.
