Conversions between US, UK, EU and Japan (cm) sizes as published by KEEN. Heel-to-toe is foot length in centimeters. KEEN kids' footwear comes in three size ranges: Toddlers' (US 4-7), Little Kids' (US 8-13) and Big Kids' (US 1-7).

How to measure: have your child stand on a piece of paper, mark the back of the heel and the tip of the longest toe, then measure the distance in centimeters. If one foot is longer than the other, use the larger measurement and match it to the closest Heel-to-toe value in the chart. Growing feet do best with a little extra room in the toe box.
