How To Measure: Trace the outline of each foot on a piece of paper. In a straight line from the middle of the heel to the longest toe, measure the length of each foot. If one foot is longer than the other, take the larger measurement and compare to the chart. Foot length will determine your shoe size - round up or down to the closest size within 2mm. Unisex styles use men's-based sizing; the US column pairs each men's size with its women's equivalent (women's size = men's + 1) exactly as published, including the published entry 'M7½/W88½' (evidently M7½/W8½). No foot length or width is published for the largest size M15/W16 (shown as '-'). Wide and X-Wide all-gender widths are published with numeric US sizes identical to the men's wide chart.
