At Mountain Sports, we want you to love your gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it easy to return or exchange your purchase within the guidelines below.

Return Eligibility and Timeframe

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

• Items must be unused and in the original condition they were sent, including all tags, packaging, and accessories.

• Please do not use the shoe box or product packaging as the shipping box; place it inside a separate shipping carton.

Items That Cannot Be Refunded (Unless Defective)

For everyone’s safety and due to industry standards, the following items are not refundable unless they are defective:

• Climbing gear  

• Food items  

• Water filters  

• Cut cord 

If you believe one of these items is defective, contact us so we can review your situation and help with next steps.

How to Start a Return

• If you have any questions about a return, please call us at (817) 823-0010 or email us at hospitality@mountainsports.com so we can help you through the process.

• Use your original order number as your RA# (Return Authorization number) on the outside of the package and in any correspondence.

• Include a copy of your receipt or packing slip inside the box so we can quickly locate your order.

Shipping Your Return

• When sending items back, we recommend shipping via UPS or USPS insured so your package is trackable and protected.

• Pack your item securely in the original packaging when possible, with all tags and accessories included.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product (in which case, contact us first so we can assist).

Refunds and Original Payment Methods

• Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund, exchange, or store credit will be processed as quickly as possible under these guidelines.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are handled like a standard return plus a new order.
