For strong, lovely healthy fingernails, Burt's Bees popular lemon butter cuticle cream is a winner.
-
WHY IT WORKS:
This one receives a lot of fan-mail. While lemon oil softens your cuticles and strengthens your nails, vitamin E helps heal, sweet almond oil moisturizes, and beeswax seals in moisture. Your cuticles will be softer and your nails will be stronger. You’ll feel results immediately. You can use it on your toes, too. Toe cuticles. That sounds funny. -
HOW IT WORKS:
Massage a small amount into cuticle and nail (or other areas) one or more times a day. For an intensive overnight treatment, apply generously to hands and nails before retiring. - QUANTITY: 0.6 oz.
-
INGREDIENTS:
Sweet almond oil, beeswax, lemon oil, tocopheryl acetate & tocopherol (vitamin E), cocoa butter, candelilla wax, rosemary extract, beta-carotene. -
94.91% Natural:
At Burt's Bees, they label every product they make with what they call a "natural bar." This bar discloses exactly how natural that specific product is. Many of the things they make are 100% natural, but sometimes they can't be. Once in awhile, they have to create something in their "kitchen" in order to offer you the best products possible. For example, Vitamin E is an essential part of any skin care regimen, but it does not remain stable in its natural state. So when you see the words Tocopheryl Acetate on one of their labels, it's just their fancy word for Vitamin E.
