Policy
Mountain Sports offers a 100%
satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase it may be
returned for credit, exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery (60 days during the Christmas season). You can use your order number as your return authorization number(RA#). Please call us at 800-805-9139 or E-mail us if you have any questions. The
following conditions apply.
- The item must be unused
and in the original condition that it was sent, including all tags, packaging
and accessories.
- Shipping charges are not
refundable. If item was shipped under our free shipping program purchaser will
pay the actual outbound shipping cost. The amount that it cost us to ship the item to you will be deducted from your refund amount.
- The following items are
not refundable unless defective: Climbing gear, food items, water filters,
opened computer software and special order items.
- When returning items to us
we recommend shipping UPS or USPS insured. Please include a copy of your
receipt.
- Merchandise paid for with
a credit card will be credited to your card.

International Orders
Mountain Sports cannot accept
international orders, including APO's.

Tax
If we're shipping to anywhere
outside the state of Texas your order is tax free. If we're shipping within the
Great State of Texas 8.25% sales tax will be added to your
order.

and email addresses and phone numbers for our own use. When placing an on-line
order with Mountain Sports the information that we collect from you is used for
the purpose of processing your order. We need your name, email address, credit
card billing address, contact phone number, credit card number, security code
and expiration date. This information allows us to process your order and
provides us with a way to contact you should we have a question concerning your
order. After your order is processed we no longer retain your credit card
information. When you place an order with Mountain Sports a copy of that order
is sent to the email address that you provide. Mountain Sports will never sell,
rent or give your email address to any other company or organization.

shopping cart when on our website We also use cookies to collect data about
your visit i.e. how long you stayed, how you moved throughout the site, and
